Product Description

This FD30 Doorblank measures 2440 x 1220 x 44mm and is crafted from adaptable hardwoods, allowing for the benefits of hardwood but with reduced density. Notable for its superior strength-to-weight ratio, this doorblank offers exceptional stability and machine-workability. It boasts low moisture absorption, minimum swelling, making it a suitable choice for high-use areas. Its hardwood make provides superior screw holding properties, surpassing softwood, medium density fibreboard (MDF), chipboard and hollow core options. The doorblank's core displays a balanced mix of lamels and veneers, engineered for stability and strength. It doesn't require stiles and rails, and can be trimmed from any side without affecting its fire classification. The doorblank is lightweight, easing handling and movement on-site, and its hardwood face can be comfortably sanded before staining or painting.
