This 2400x1200x9.5mm insulated plasterboard with a factory-bonded, ozone-friendly expanded polystyrene backing offers basic thermal insulation, ideal for modest upgrades in both old and new buildings. Suitable for wall and ceiling lining, it ensures minimal delay between lining and plastering, adding a sleek ivory finish. Compliant with BS 476, BS EN 13501-1, EN 13950: 2014 and BES 6001 certified, it's exclusive to tapered edge designs.

Product Description

This product consists of a 2400mm x 1200mm x 9.5mm plasterboard with an insulated, factory-bonded expanded polystyrene backing. It provides a basic level of thermal insulation, making it ideal for areas requiring minor thermal upgrades. It's suitable for both refurbishments and new builds, with its versatile use for wall and ceiling lining. Not only is the product ozone-friendly with zero ODP, but it also has a low global warming potential. The ivory-coloured front and white expanded polystyrene back add aesthetic value. It boasts minimal delay between lining completion and plastering start, and is only available with a tapered edge. Perfect for drylining internal surfaces, this insulated plasterboard adheres to BS 476 (Part 6 & Part 7), BS EN 13501-1 & EN 13950: 2014, and holds a BES 6001 certification. The thermal conductivity of the plasterboard and expanded polystyrene are 0.19W/mK and 0.040W/mK respectively.
