This General Purpose Type 2 Wall Tie, with a size of 225mm, comes conveniently packaged in a box of 250 pieces. Ideal for construction of external walls in residential homes, as well as small commercial buildings up to 15 metres tall, it's suitable for a cavity width of 76-100mm. It offers a multi-drip feature, designed to counteract moisture migration across the cavity. Meeting the performance requirements of Approved Document E for usage in external masonry walls, this wall tie has BBA approval and NHBC technical requirements compliance. In addition, it carries the CE mark attesting to its quality standards.
